Welcome,
The International Workshop on Locational Analysis and Related Problems was held in Barcelona (Spain) on 25–27 November 2015.
This activity was organized by the Spanish Network on Location and Related Problems and GELOCA, the SEIO working group on Location. These organizations involve Spanish researchers focused on locational analysis and related problems, distributed among several Spanish universities.
The topics of interest include location models, networks, transportation, logistics, exact and heuristic solution methods, and computational geometry.
Researchers and practitioners were invited to present works in the form of oral communications or posters. Submission of a short abstract was required for participation.

The registration and accommodation request procedure was similar to previous meetings. Attendants had to fill in the registration form and pay 100 euros for conference costs by bank transfer.
Reservation included 25 rooms financed by the Network at RESIDENCIA TORRE GIRONA. Funding was assigned in order of accommodation request, prioritizing doctoral students.
